As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll fine-tune our ordering algorithms and work with suppliers to maximize product availability while keeping stock levels lean. By partnering with category managers, marketing, operations and finance, you’ll align delivery frequency, demand forecasts and warehouse capacity to boost customer satisfaction, sales and cash flow.
Responsibilities:
A Supply chain specialist takes care of ordering products of a given category from suppliers to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for maximizing availability of the products with minimum stock to drive customer satisfaction (and sales) up as well as improving our cash flow and profit position.
You will do this via improving our ordering algorithm to make sure it is fine tuned for each and every category in your portfolio and availability of those categories go up together with stock turnover.
You will cooperate with the local supplier pool so that the frequency of deliveries enables maximum availability with minimum stock.
You will also cooperate closely with category managers (to improve cooperation with suppliers and plan properly), marketing department (to have correct forecast for number of orders), operations (to make sure there is enough capacity in the warehouse) and finance (to keep turnover of our stock most effective).

C1 Level German is obligatory
Für die Stelle ist auf Basis von Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden pro Woche) ein Monatsbruttogehalt von ab Euro 2 1950,00 - vorgesehen.
