Operations BI Analyst

Our Operations Change team drives impactful transformation across our fulfillment network and delivery operations. From optimizing warehouse processes and layout, to implementing new technologies and workflows, we strive to continuously improve how Rohlík delivers value to its customers. We are now looking for an Operations BI Analyst to help us enable change through data. In this role, you’ll be responsible for labor cost analytics and reporting, while also supporting broader operational cost optimization and strategic analyses. You will play a key part in identifying scalable, data-driven improvements in how we operate.

You’ll work closely with the wider company BI teams (especially around Tableau dashboards), while also driving continuous improvement in the Operations BI domain – from automation to migration of legacy tooling (Excel/Google Sheets) into more robust BI platforms.

What will be your key responsibilities?

· Lead reporting and analysis for all Operations labor cost-related data, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and actionable insights.

· Support ad hoc deep-dives and root cause analysis across various cost categories in Operations (labor and non-labor).

· Identify and implement automation opportunities across reporting workflows.

· Collaborate with the central BI team to migrate existing reports/tools from Excel/Google Sheets into Tableau or other scalable solutions.

· Continuously improve the data quality, structure, and accessibility for Operations decision-making.

· Act as a data partner to operational change leads, supporting pilots, process redesigns, and implementations with strong analytical inputs.

· Build, maintain, and improve reports for the Operations and Change teams.

What experience should you have?

· Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.).

· Experience in labor costing, workforce planning, or operations analytics is highly preferred.

· A mindset focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and scalability.

· Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams (BI, Operations, Finance).

· Business intuition: Understand not just the “what,” but also the “why” behind data.

· Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by ownership.

· Solid SQL or similar query writing skills; Python is a plus.

· Experience migrating manual reports or processes into automated BI solutions.

· English and Czech at B2 level or higher.
