Department Overview

The Supply Chain team is the orchestrator of our operations, connecting demand with the wider operations ensuring smooth and efficient performance while amazing our customers. We are at a pivotal time as we are significantly broadening the scope of our Supply Chain and will take on some of the most innovative pieces of work that aim to set the benchmark for the industry and drive meaningful impact to our customer’s shopping experience and the bottom line of Rohlik.

Role Overview
As Senior Capacity Manager, your mission is to ensure that Rohlik’s fulfillment centers never hit capacity walls—no matter how fast we grow or how wild demand gets. You will own the tools, logic, and cross-functional interventions required to keep our infrastructure ahead of the curve. From space utilization and labor throughput to SKU placement and demand smoothing—you’ll lead the capacity strategy across all cities and fulfillment centers.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring technical rigor, long-term planning capability, and hands-on collaboration across Tech, Ops, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

You will be the driver behind our most critical programs—collaborating with product, operations, tech, and country leadership teams to shape the future of grocery delivery in Europe.

What we expect from you

· Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, global supply chain programs that improve speed, cost-efficiency, and customer experience.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the glue between operations, technology, procurement, product, and country teams to drive alignment and remove roadblocks.

· Stakeholder Influence & Alignment: Engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies and departments to gain buy-in. Navigate organizational structures to drive decisions and consensus, even without direct authority.

· Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use advanced analytics and KPIs to evaluate program performance, identify opportunities, and influence business direction.

· Innovation & Automation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI/ML for forecasting, warehouse automation, smart routing) to build scalable systems.

· Change Management: Lead organizational readiness for change, ensuring new processes and systems are adopted effectively across teams and countries.

· Executive Communication: Deliver clear, compelling updates, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

· Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track and aligned with company priorities.

What we look for

· 6+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or capacity planning in high-growth or high-complexity environments.

· Proven experience modeling and optimizing FC space, throughput, or labor.

· Strong understanding of ordering, warehouse operations (racking, storage, etc.), and carrier management.

· Excellent cross-functional communicator—able to drive actions from stakeholders across Ops, Tech, and Commercial.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

· Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Supply Chain preferred); Master’s or MBA is a plus.

· Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
