We are looking for a Strategic Media Growth Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Retail Media.

Role Overview

As Strategic Media Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy that
turns Rohlik’s rich retail data, shopper touchpoints, and supplier relationships into a
differentiated, high-growth media business in Czechia. You will design the market
plans, shape product-market fit, and cultivate senior partnerships that unlock
sustainable advertising revenue streams - while still rolling up your sleeves to
bring marquee campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and continuously refine the Czech retail-media growth roadmap, aligning with group-level objectives and local market insights.

  • Translate customer data, category trends, and competitive intelligence into customer- and industry-specific go-to-market plays.

Partnership Development

  • Build and deepen C-suite relationships with top advertisers and agency holding groups; lead annual joint-business planning that widens partnership scope beyond one-off campaigns.

  • Negotiate strategic agreements that encompass multi-channel solutions (onsite, offsite, data, in-store activations).

Commercial Planning & Execution

  • Architect high-impact media packages that deliver measurable brand
    outcomes.

  • Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue pacing; initiate
    corrective actions to stay on target.

Product & Innovation Advocacy

  • Channel advertiser feedback and market signals to product, analytics, and tech teams to steer the roadmap for new ad formats and measurement capabilities

Thought Leadership

  • Represent Rohlik at industry conferences and panels, positioning our Retail-media proposition as a category benchmark.

What we expect from you

  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

What we look for

  • 7+ years in digital media, programmatic, FMCG or e-commerce - mix of sales, strategy or category growth roles.

  • Proven success turning data-rich assets into scalable revenue programs and long-term partnerships.

  • Strong network within Czech brand and agency ecosystem, with credibility to engage director/C-suite decision-makers.

  • Analytical rigor and commercial acumen; fluent in creating models, forecasts and business cases.

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • Fluent Czech and English (written & spoken)

  • HubSpot or similar CRM proficiency is a plus

  • Passion for Change: Enthusiasm for working in an evolving environment.

KPI’s typical for the position

  • Retail-media advertising revenue growth (quarterly & annual).

  • Share of wallet / upsell ratio among top advertisers.

  • Pipeline value, conversion efficiency and forecast accuracy.

  • Adoption of new ad products and contribution to total revenue.
