Your Mission:

To become the second brain (and first call) for our Group Head of Brand. You'll be deeply embedded in building and evolving the Rohlik brand across Europe – from strategy to copy, from social content to internal initiatives.
You’re not here to assist. You’re here to drive, challenge, and shape how we tell our story.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Be a day-to-day sparring partner and proactive executor for the Group Head of Brand.

  • Support the execution of multi-market brand projects – campaigns, brand evolution, social storytelling, or whatever we cook up next.

  • Bring creative ideas to the table. Then make them happen. Brief designers. Write scripts. Launch reels. Tweak banners. Measure impact.

  • Watch what’s trending – from AI tools to trending memes – and turn it into actionable insight for the team.

  • You can write things that actually resonate. Whether it’s a punchy headline, a clever CTA, or a caption that sounds like it’s straight from our customer’s brain – you’re not waiting for a brief. You are the brief. You understand our audience and you know how to speak their language.

  • You don’t just follow processes – you question them. If something doesn’t make sense, say it. If something feels broken, fix it. We want your brain, not just your hands. You'll be encouraged to challenge the way we do things and come up with smarter, sharper ways to move faster and better.

  • Keep the trains running. Track project timelines, coordinate with local teams, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What you bring:

  • Hunger. Not just for our groceries – but for growth. You're early in your brand career but already thinking like a CMO.

  • Personality and confidence. You’ll be seen, heard, and trusted.

  • Great writing chops – both creative and structured. In Czech and English.

  • Curiosity. You’ll want to understand what drives people, clicks, conversions, and loyalty.

  • Digital fluency – ideally, you’ve already played with Figma, AI tools, Meta Ads, Google Docs, TikTok, etc.

  • An eye for great creative. You don’t need to be a designer, but you know good taste when you see it.

  • Some grip on social media, content trends, and how to create content that performs.

  • Time management and project ownership – you're not afraid of juggling 5 tasks and knowing which 2 can drop.
