Why this role exists
Our founder‑CEO is simultaneously steering profitability in maturing countries, driving company innovation and launching new growth bets. To amplify his impact, we seek an experienced Chief of Staff who can translate high‑level intent into structured, cross‑functional execution—often with minimal input and under tight timelines.
Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for driving the CEO's agenda and supporting the broader executive team in achieving our strategic goals. You will work closely with the Group CEO to develop and implement company-wide initiatives, streamline communication and operations, and ensure that we are aligned and focused on our objectives. You will also work with other members of the executive team to support their initiatives and ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Working towards making Group CEO’s time as efficient as possible and expanding his reach within the company
Work closely with the Group CEO to drive the company's strategic initiatives and priorities
Serve as a liaison between the Group CEO and the executive team, ensuring that communication and collaboration are seamless and efficient
Work with the executive team to identify and resolve operational and strategic issues
Collaborate with the Group CEO and the executive team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and projects
Monitor the progress of key company initiatives and provide regular updates to the Group CEO and the wider leadership team
Conduct research and analysis to support the Group CEO's decision-making process
Drive special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group CEO
Oversee Group CEO's schedule and ensure that all meetings and appointments are scheduled effectively and efficiently
Attend meetings with the CEO and the executive team, taking notes and following up on action items as necessary
Represent the CEO and the company in meetings with external stakeholders as needed
What we expect from you
5+ total experience with top‑tier consulting, strategy or GM/BU leadership, knowing multiple areas such as product development, growth marketing, customer care etc.; exposure to tech‑enabled companies is a strong plus. Entrepreneurial skillset and mindset is required.
Demonstrated ability to scale organisations (launching new countries, products or functions).
Fluency with data‑driven decision making—you handle imperfect data, build back‑of‑envelope models, and know when to demand rigour.
Proven influence without authority at C‑suite / Board level; crisp written and verbal English.
Comfort adopting and evangelising cutting‑edge AI tooling to boost productivity.
High integrity and discretion; you will handle sensitive commercial and people topics.
