Warehouse Trainer

We are looking for a Trainer to join our dynamically growing and energetic team at our newest Fulfilment Centre in Biatorbágy.

Your primary responsibility will be to train our existing and new warehouse staff on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel

• Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops

• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed

• Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement

• Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance

• Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

• Ability to design, improve and deliver effective training programs

• Excellent language skills in English and Russian/Ukrainian

• Strong team management skills

• Openness to work in shifts
