Head of Facilities

As our Head of Facilities, you will play a key role in ensuring our fulfillment centers operate safely, efficiently, and reliably every day. You will lead facility management across our sites, support and develop local facility teams, and drive improvements that enable our operations to scale.

You will work closely with Procurement, Safety, and Operations teams to create smart, cost-effective solutions, maintain high compliance standards, and ensure our facilities are always ready to support our fast-growing business.

This role covers two fulfillment centers, requiring regular travel between our Biatorbágy and Budapest 10th district locations.

Flexibility and willingness to commute between both sites are essential for success in this position.

What we expect from you

• Own facility uptime, safety, and compliance across all regional sites.

• Lead local facility teams and ensures consistent application of group standards.

• Partner with procurement and suppliers to manage contracts and services.

• Provide input to expansion and renovation projects.

• Tracks KPIs for utilities, maintenance costs, and facility-related incidents.

• Ensures documentation, audits, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Drives continuous improvement in facility services and reliability.
  

What we look for

• 5+ years in facility management or operations leadership.

• Proven multi-site or regional management experience.

• Knowledge of building systems, utilities, and technical operations.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Fluent in English and local language.

• Willingness to travel across region.
