We ensure our cultural Ingredients are embedded and role modelled throughout the organisation. We obsess about customers and employee experience; from our external brand, to hiring, colleagues time growing with us, through to their last day of employment. Of course we are also meticulous with our functional excellence, everything from; people data, analysis, communications, development, legislation, payroll end to end People experts. You'll partner with other DACH People teams and the wider People and Culture function across the group.
